Workplace bullying is defined as threatening, intimidating or sabotaging an individual’s work process, and intentionally causing hurt and humiliation. The very fact that it is targeted at specific individuals makes it even more cruel and discriminatory – an affront to personal character and dignity. It’s important to remember that anything that undermines another human’s abilities is bullying – even gossip and loose, underhanded comments.
