We have all probably heard the phrase – laughter is the best medicine – all our lives, while growing up. However, have we really thought in depth about what it really means? We go about our day, not really thinking much about our laughter – when we find something funny, we automatically laugh, and we don’t find something funny, we just don’t laugh. We don’t really think much about it, right?
Well, we must. Not only does laughing release chemicals in our brain that make us feel very happy, but it also has actual health benefits. Here is why you must make an effort to actually laugh as much as possible:
