Water is life. It’s key to our very survival – we can go for days without food, but the surest way to kill a human being is to starve the body of water (how often have you said, “I’m dying of thirst”!) Think about it: the human brain is 95% water, blood is 82% water, and the lungs are 80% water! Saliva, sweat and urine are integral to basic body functioning.
