There are diets, and there are diets. Some extol leaving out food groups, another tells you to limit calorie intake; some tell you to survive only on liquids for specific time-spans, others advise frequent eating. One format that is trending nowadays is the concept of Intermittent fasting – eating within a fixed time window.
