Here’s a hypothetical example: you bake a delicious apple-pie. Customer1 says it should thinner and crispier. You slim it down. Customer2 says this isn’t a pie, where’s the dig-your-teeth-in thickness. Customer3 says Gran’s was different, and Gran knew best! And, so it goes on…there’s no pleasing the entire customer universe!
