Generation X (born between 1961-80) have finally lost their pre-dominance in the workforce, now overtaken in sheer numbers by Millennials (80’s and 90’s). Though this may seem like a standard demographic shift that happens every few years, it is not, simply because of the unique characteristics of Millennials!
