Somewhere in food-packaging fine print, hidden in the larger-than-life brand messaging, is a tiny ‘nutritional facts’ box that tells you the amount of fructose, lactose, dextrose, glucose, maltose, etc., that’s contained in the pack. Call it by any name, but they’re all fancy names for sugar which, when added up, can amount to a large dose of pure sugar!
