GenZ isn’t going to wait around to see if the economy recovers before they enter the job market. They are going to do everything they can to ensure they enter the workforce on the best possible footing, and they want to be the exception to the trend away from high wage high hour jobs toward low wage low hour jobs.
Nearly half of all GenZ students have completed college credits already while they are in high school, preparing them to get in and get out of college without a lot of extra time or money.
