Our beloved senior citizens are usually at the point in their life where eating is more of a chore than something they can enjoy. However, we must still feed our elders food that is easy to eat and digest. These foods should also be nutritious and hydrating. A few examples of foods that promote healthy weight are nut butter, full fat, and low sugar dairy products, potatoes, and whole-grain starches.
