Most of us are already aware of the trendiest diets – Keto, Paleo, Atkins, and vegan. Flexitarian, as the name suggests, is more or less a combination of all these diets. It is ‘flexible’ and ‘vegetarian’ combined. It is a diet designed to eat as naturally as possible, eat a vegetarian diet, and enjoy some meat occasionally.
This infographic is a statistical point of view of the impact these diets have on the environment as a whole.
