How often do you sit calmly and savor the look, aroma and taste of your food? Chances are too seldom, if at all! Too often, we mindlessly shove food into our mouths, with little thought for the miracle of food. The concept of mindful eating (as opposed to mindless eating) is, very simply, participating body, mind and soul in the eating process, being completely aware of and embracing the goodness of each tiny morsel.
