Veganism, or making the choice to become a vegan, has become a global movement today. Very simply, it is a way of life in which you don’t eat any foods derived from other animals. So, that automatically excludes all meats, eggs, milk, cheese, and so on. Some vegans even avoid honey. Yet, there are enough perceptions and vague ideas floating about the value of a vegan diet.
