Child obesity is a fast-growing disease worldwide – globally, obesity has more than doubled in the last 4 decades, and a whopping 70 million children are threatened with this malaise. The cause we already know – insufficient servings of nutrient-rich food, shift to high but empty calorie fast foods, an increasingly sedentary life pattern enforced by too many gadgets, and too little sleep.
